Arcane Bot Alternative: Leveling That Doesn't Take 30 Minutes to Set Up

Arcane bot works. 2.69 million servers use it. I was one of them for two years.

But every time I needed to change something - add a role reward, adjust XP rates, change the level-up message - I'd lose 20 minutes clicking through dashboard tabs. The settings are scattered across multiple pages with no clear logic.

10. Figure out the variable syntax

Arcane bot has this delay where you send a message and your XP doesn't update for a few minutes. Members constantly asked "is leveling broken?"

Took about 20 minutes. Here's what I did:

1. Exported Arcane data Leaderboard CSV with member XP and levels.

2. Added VibeBot vibebot.gg > Get Started > authorized.

3. Imported levels VibeBot has an import feature. Uploaded the CSV. Members kept their progress.

4. Recreated the setup One prompt: "Set up leveling with roles at level 5 (Regular), 10 (Active), 25 (Veteran), 50 (Legend). 2x XP in voice. Level-ups in #announcements."

5. Fine-tuned with visual builder Adjusted the XP curve slightly, changed the level-up message format.

6. Removed Arcane Kicked it after confirming everything worked.

Members didn't notice the switch. Their levels stayed the same. XP just started updating faster.

4. Import your Arcane data
5. See if you like it better
