Discord Invite Checker

Paste an invite link or code to instantly see if it’s valid or expired — plus the server name, member count, online members, and who it leads to, before you ever join.

Paste a full invite URL (e.g. discord.gg/abc123) or just the code.

What a Discord invite checker tells you

A Discord invite is just a short code (like discord.gg/abc123) that points to a server. On its own, you can’t tell whether it still works or where it actually leads. This checker resolves the code against Discord and shows you the public preview data in one place:

  • Valid or expired — a clear yes/no so you don’t click a dead link.
  • Server name & icon — confirm the invite goes where you expect.
  • Member & online counts — gauge how big and how active the community is.
  • Verification level — how strict the server is about who can chat.
  • Inviter & expiry — who created the link and whether it’ll stop working.

It’s the same metadata Discord shows on its own invite preview — surfaced instantly, with no login and no need to actually join.

FAQ

How do I check if a Discord invite is valid?

Paste the invite link or code into the box above and click Check. This tool calls Discord directly and tells you whether the invite resolves to a live server. If it’s valid you’ll see the server name, member count, and other public details; if it’s expired, revoked, or fake you’ll get a clear "invalid or expired" result.

Can I see how many members a server has before joining?

Yes. For a valid invite, Discord returns an approximate total member count and an approximate online (presence) count. This tool shows both, formatted with commas, so you can gauge how big and how active a server is before you commit to joining.

Is it safe to check an invite link here?

Yes. Checking an invite only reads Discord’s public invite metadata — the same data Discord shows on its own invite preview page. It does not join the server, message anyone, or expose your account. We never ask you to log in. That said, only join servers you actually trust.

Why does it say my invite is expired?

Discord invites can be set to expire after a time window (e.g. 24 hours) or after a maximum number of uses. They can also be manually revoked by a server admin. If any of those happen, the code no longer resolves to a server and this tool reports it as invalid or expired. Ask the server owner for a fresh, non-expiring link.

What does the verification level mean?

Verification level is a server moderation setting that controls how strict the requirements are to chat. The five levels are None (0), Low (1, verified email), Medium (2, registered for 5+ minutes), High (3, member of the server for 10+ minutes), and Highest (4, verified phone). Higher levels generally mean a more locked-down, spam-resistant community.
