Discord ID Lookup & Avatar Downloader

In Discord: Settings → Advanced → enable Developer Mode. Then right-click any user and pick "Copy User ID". Paste that 17-20 digit number into the tool above. The user ID is permanent — it never changes even when the user updates their username.

Only public profile data: the current username, global (display) name, and avatar/banner. The ID also encodes the exact account-creation date — it is a "snowflake" with a timestamp baked in, so this tool can show when the account was created. Nothing private is exposed (no email, IP, servers, or messages).

Discord serves avatars at 128, 256, 512, 1024, 2048, and 4096 pixels. Pick the size you need from the buttons above. 4096px is the highest resolution Discord stores; bigger sizes return the same image.

Yes. If the user has Nitro and uploaded an animated avatar (the avatar hash starts with "a_"), the GIF format option will appear automatically. Static formats (PNG, WebP, JPG) will give you the first frame only.

Yes. Bot avatars work identically to user avatars — just paste the bot's user ID. Bots are flagged with a BOT badge in the result.

No — this tool only fetches user/bot avatars. Server icons use a different CDN path. For server icons, paste the server ID into a separate tool (we'll add this later).

No. The avatar URL is publicly accessible from Discord's CDN — anyone with the user's avatar hash can view it. This tool just makes the lookup convenient. We don't store or scrape avatars; every download fetches fresh from Discord's servers.
