Grow a Garden Server
Trading channels by item rarity, showcase forums, friend-finder for co-op gardens, and a low-tox moderation setup.
Grow a Garden servers are mostly about trading. The structure has to make trades fast (everyone knows where to post, no scrolling through chat for offers) and safe (no scammers running middleman scams in DMs). This template splits trading channels by rarity tier so common-item trades don't bury rare ones, gives showcase forums dedicated channels so people can flex without spamming general, and puts a co-op channel up front because shared gardens are how the in-game group play actually happens. Trading rules are pinned at the top of every trade channel — non-negotiable, no exceptions.

When to use this template
Use this template if your server is specifically built around Grow a Garden trading and showcases. For a general Roblox community server that includes Grow a Garden among other games, use the Gaming template and add Grow a Garden as one #lfg- channel. For a private friend group playing together, use the Friend Group template — the trading infrastructure is overkill for 10 people who already know each other.
Common mistakes when setting this up
The fastest way to lose members in a trading server is letting scams happen unchecked. Always require trades to be screenshotted and posted in #completed-trades — if someone reports a scam later, you have evidence. Other mistake: one mega-channel for all trading. Once it crosses 50 active traders, the channel is unreadable. Split early by rarity (common, rare, mythic, divine) so traders can filter to the tier they care about. Also: no middleman ads in trade channels. "I'll middleman for free" is a classic scam vector — block on sight and ban repeat offenders.
