FiveM Discord Bot
Whitelist applications, live server status, connection info, staff and department apps, support tickets, and ESX/QBCore-friendly roles — the full Discord toolkit for running a FiveM GTA RP server.
A FiveM GTA RP server lives or dies on its Discord. That's where players apply for whitelist, check if the city is online, file reports, and read the rules before they ever connect. Most owners cobble this together from a generic application bot, a status webhook, and a ticket bot that don't talk to each other. VibeBot runs all of it as one configurable bot — whitelist flow, live player count, departments, tickets — and you can edit every step to match your framework and rules.
Everything you need
Powerful fivem discord bot features that work out of the box — no coding required.
Whitelist Application System
Players apply through a Discord form or forum post. Staff review in a private queue and approve or deny with one click — the bot auto-grants the @whitelisted role and DMs the applicant. No more copy-pasting Google Forms.
Live Server Status
Bot queries your FiveM server and posts live player count (e.g. 48/64), online/offline state, and queue length in an auto-updating embed. Members see "is the city up?" at a glance, and it recovers automatically after restarts.
Connection & Onboarding
A pinned connect panel with your cfx.re link, the rules, and "how to install FiveM" steps gives new members a guided path from joining Discord to spawning in-city.
Support Tickets & Reports
Players open tickets for bugs, player reports, ban appeals, and refunds. Each becomes a private channel routed to the right staff role, with a saved transcript on close.
Department & Gang Applications
Separate application flows for PD, EMS, DOJ, and whitelisted gangs or businesses — each with its own reviewer role and an auto-assigned department role on approval.
Rules & Age Gate
Gate access behind a rules-acknowledgment button and optional age check before players can apply. Keeps RDM-happy randoms out of the whitelist queue.
Why VibeBot for FiveM Bot?
FiveM is where GTA roleplay actually happens, and every FiveM server runs a Discord that's doing real operational work — whitelisting, status, reports, departments. The problem is the typical setup is three or four bots that don't talk to each other: an application bot that can't grant the right role, a status webhook that breaks on restart, a ticket bot with no transcript. VibeBot unifies it. The whitelist flow grants roles and DMs applicants on approval; status polls your server directly and survives restarts; tickets save transcripts; department apps route to the right reviewers. Because it's framework-agnostic, it works whether you run ESX, QBCore, or a custom base — the bot manages Discord roles and flows, your framework manages in-city. And since every behavior is editable, you can wire in your server's quirks: a rules quiz before whitelist, an auto-kick for members who never apply, a /whois that links Discord to in-city character names.
How it works
Get your fivem discord bot running in three simple steps.
Connect your FiveM server
Point the bot at your server IP/port (or cfx.re join code) for live status, and set your whitelist, department, and ticket channels. Works with any framework — ESX, QBCore, or standalone.
Configure your whitelist flow
Build the application questions, pick the reviewer roles, and choose what role is granted on approval. Add department and gang apps as separate flows if you run them.
Players apply, staff approve, the bot does the rest
Applications land in the staff queue, one click grants roles and DMs the player, status embeds auto-refresh, and tickets route themselves. Your staff stop doing manual role admin.
Built for every community

Serious Whitelist RP Servers
The application → review → auto-role flow is the backbone. Staff process whitelist apps in seconds instead of juggling a spreadsheet, and approved players get their role and a welcome DM instantly.
ESX / QBCore Communities
Department and gang application flows map onto your in-game jobs. Approve a PD app → @police role in Discord → matches the job your framework assigns in-city.
Growing / Public Servers
Live status and a clean connect panel kill the "is it online?" and "how do I join?" spam, while tickets keep bug reports and appeals out of general chat.
Server Networks
Running multiple cities? One bot handles per-server status embeds, separate whitelist queues, and shared staff tools across all of them.
Frequently asked questions
Can it show my live FiveM player count?
Yes. The bot queries your server's info endpoint and posts an auto-updating embed with current/max players, online status, and queue. It refreshes on an interval and recovers automatically after server restarts.
How does the whitelist application work?
Players submit a Discord form or forum application. Staff see it in a private review queue and approve or deny with a button. Approval auto-grants the whitelist role and DMs the player. You define the questions and the reviewer roles.
Does it work with ESX and QBCore?
Yes — it's framework-agnostic. The bot handles the Discord side (applications, roles, status, tickets); your framework handles in-game. Department roles you grant in Discord can mirror your in-city jobs, but the bot doesn't require a specific base.
Can I run separate applications for PD, EMS, and gangs?
Yes. Each gets its own application flow, reviewer role, and auto-assigned role on approval — useful for whitelisted departments and businesses that need their own vetting.
Is this different from the Roleplay server template?
Yes. The Roleplay template is for text/character roleplay (IC/OOC writing, OCs, lore). This is for FiveM game servers — whitelist ops, live status, departments. If you run a FiveM city, start with the FiveM server template.
